The challenge diasporas face is the lake of trusted people in Zimbabwe many of them have tried and been scammed if they where more people willing to genuinely help I believe a lot of them would love to invest back home but many of them hear/have faced horror trying to invest back home

Western knowledge doesnt work here" This is total rubbish, backward, narrow minded and self limiting mentality. I am surprised its coming from someone who calls himself an engineer. He is basically opposed to innovation and technology which is necessary for economies of scale. The same innovation which is used by Ukraine and Russia to feed the whole of Africa because you dont want to learn. South Africa embraced innovation in commercial farming thats why they are the only African country which doesnt beg for grain.

In my opinion, this man isn't consistent. He's making excuses through those who scammed him. That shouldn't be a reason for him to abandon the work he started. For him to think that everything will work the way he wanted from the hands of others while he played the big boss will not work, and such ways doesn't work either for successful cooperation millionaires because those people are also part of the working force of the companies and they regularly do the dirtiest work to motivate and stimulate their workers in order to create an appreciative environment for their worker. Hard workers hate to see a lazy boss who talks too much without doing the work or lack the profession skills to execute his projects while expecting he's workers to do everything without having zero knowledge or experience to execute the work given to them. I hope that he does the work without any further excuses because of his experience. He should put himself to work and he will make rather than given up because of people's wicked intentions. I was shocked by this guy's situation. I retired from UK. But I planned what I would in the mid nineteen. Planning is the key. After I retired I did 18months training to be a Montessori preschool teacher as a business. That was my passion since I was 18 yrs old. But instead I went into nursing in UK. Bought a house which I registered for business in my home town. Preparation, patio and acquiring knowledge are the main keys. This guy relied on hear say. Big mistake!!! More so he didn't have a contract with the guy who dug the well. Big mistake!! The probability is that the well guy borrowed/hired the machinery from someone. So the owner now wanted his machinery back. Sorry mate that you were scammed. They saw you coming. Don't tell the world that you are from UK especially wnen you want to do business with them. Also relatives can destroy you if you rely on them. All the best. Zim/UK.
